All sales are final. Once we receive your order, (online or in-store) we start a process that assures you acquire your furniture in a timely manner. If you have not yet received or picked up your item and need to cancel, there is a 30% restocking fee and any remaining balance will be issued as in-store credit only.
Likewise, once merchandise has been delivered, it may not be returned for a refund. Should an exception be made, and we permit the return of any merchandise, there will be a 30% restocking fee, a forfeit of the delivery fee and a pick up for return fee.
